Either the investigation proves that Mrs. William wrote reality by giving the real names of fictional characters.
In this case, not to judge Mr Sarkozy, it should explain publicly that it is legal for the Head of State, Head of Executive Power, raping, prostituting, an MP, to practice pimping, rape deliberately and the Constitution.

Mr. President
I have the honor to submit the addendum to the request for preliminary investigation addressed, July 19, 2012, to Mr. Prosecutor of Paris.
Mr. Balkany has made comments about the book of Mrs. William concerning the alleged rape committed by Mr Sarkozy at the Elysee Palace. These words are used to determine that Mr Sarkozy really wanted to target a member, and no other.
This poses constitutional problems, as the simple act of alleged rape by a Head of State. At least while the Republic exists.
Righteousness of the French judiciary is part of that independence which the Constitution guarantees you the fact.
